how we count

• Members have finished joining. People still onboarding and test accounts aren't counted anywhere.
• Projects count once approved after review; pending and rejected ones don't.
• Tickets count when completed, which means another member reviewed them.
• Pull requests count when merged on GitHub and linked to a Codyza ticket.
• Hours come from finished work sessions members logged.
• Certificates are the ones still valid; anyone can check one.
• A number that's still zero is left out until there's something behind it.
